Description: My junior year of college, right before Covid, is when I thrived the most. To put it simply: I was happy. Happy with my life. My eating disorder was dormant, I went to the gym everyday, volunteered, straight A’s in school, the best of friends, and a single dorm room all to myself. I felt at peace. I strive to reach this point of happiness in my life again. I was on the correct medication and I took care of myself. I even would meditate every single night before bed. I love when I’m happy and I miss this stable period of my life.
