Description:  I took a video of my face every day for 2 months. And my mood cycles became very apparent. It takes about a week or two for my moods to switch from depressive to manic. Being on medication subdues this process, so it’s less intense. That is one stereotype about bipolar disorder I want to break—my moods don’t switch at the drop of a dime. I do experience periods of stability now. I am still a work in progress, but I am trying my hardest. Bipolar disorder will impact me for the rest of my life and I am constantly refiguring-out who I am.
