Description: I’m finally starting to get my confidence back. It has officially been a year since my time at the mental hospital. I’m still discovering who I am, but I’m confident who I am becoming. I am also becoming more confident in interpreting my moods. I know what will trigger me and how to cope when I am in distress. I am confident that during my next low or high, I’ll make it through.
